i am well into my 30 Day Challenge and i have noticed that i have become stronger and quicker with my erg pieces. i continually drop my split time, every time i erg, to get a faster time. i have noticed by doing this i can hold a lower split for a longer time and is increasing my endurance. i will definitely plan to keep this up over the summer to keep in shape for the upcoming seasons.
